Bridgestone Arena - CS3 - Premistar

The CS3 designed and installed Building Automation System at Bridgestone Arena controls all of the HVAC systems throughout the facility, including all areas of the arena, as well as all of the offices, ticketing and lobby areas, meeting spaces, and the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame. The system also handles all smoke evacuation in the arena for events, as well as in the case of emergency.

The Bridgestone Arena is home to the National Hockey League’s Nashville Predators. The NHL has very high standards for both the ice conditions and the temperature and humidity at both ice level and throughout all arena areas. CS3 worked closely with Smith, Seckman, Reid and the NHL to develop applications to monitor ice conditions for reporting to the NHL before, during, and after games, and to maintain the proper temperature and humidity conditions for NHL games, as well as concerts, basketball tournaments, and many other kinds of events.
