Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis is a 519-bed full service hospital located at 5959 Park Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee. Offering a wide array of medical services. As Saint Francis Hospital saw it’s cooling plant in need of a cooling tower replacement project they turned to CS3 to provide a “turn key design build” approach. The goal was to replace three 800 ton towers with new “state of the art” towers would be upsized to one 1,200 ton and two 1,000 ton towers. Keeping the Hospital at design conditions within the building while removing and replacing the tower equipment outside was a key requirement of the Facilities Department. CS3 designed a project that met these requirements and the replacement occurred with no downtime.
