CS3 BIM Department
CS3 Inc’s newly developed BIM department can now provide the following services listed below. Using the latest technology and software to coordinate among other trades and provide accurate 2D and 3D drawings for coordination, prefabrication, and documentation.

Services provided
As-Built’s, Shop Drawings, Pre-Fabrication (Spool Sheets), BIM Coordination, Laser Scanning, 2D, and 3D iso metric or plan drawings.

Pre-Fabrication
To keep production moving efficiently and shutdowns to a minimum. CS3 can scan complex machine components for manufacturing documentation or use the resulting 3D CAD data and dimensional control for precise-fit off-site assembly as needed.

Also, perform large-volume calculations and inspect free-form shape elements and components with ease.  This latest technology can also be used to scan existing buildings to create accurate, complete, and photorealistic 3D representations of any environment or object. The accurate, complete data creates a strong foundation for conversions, extensions, space optimization, structural analysis, and maintenance. BIM Coordination
CS3 newly developed BIM department integrates the various architectural, structural, and MEP engineering disciplines enabling the design process to be streamlined and allowing conflicts to be identified and resolved prior to construction.
