Rutherford county Tennessee is one of the fastest growing counties in Tennessee, and the nation.  The county has partnered with CS3, Inc., for their building automation and temperature control needs for several years.  We control a diverse assortment of buildings, including and agricultural research facility, judicial building, office facilities, and the antebellum courthouse seen in this picture.  Presently under construction is a new, six-story, state-of-the-art judicial building that will be completed later this year.
