Project: University of Tennessee Boilers
Location: Memphis, TN

This project required the replacement of (2) 1000 horsepower steam boilers with (2) new 600 horsepower high efficiency steam boilers in the basement of the GEB building with associated piping and wiring. This was a complex project due to the limited access to remove and install the new boilers. Portions of exterior walls were opened in order to demo the existing units and install the new units intact.
